How to Return an Item

Online Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Tuxedomax.com, we offer a full refund on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returning or exchanging items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If you created an account during checkout, you can easily request your RMA by emailing info@tuxedomax.com. If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, and a representative will promptly assist you with obtaining your RMA number.

Once you have received your RMA number, please include it with the returned items and ship the package to:

Please ensure that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to track your return. Kindly email your tracking number to info@tuxedomax.com.

Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will issue a refund for the full product amount to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Charges for Returns and Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges for both returns and exchanges. You are welcome to choose your preferred shipping method when returning items to us.


Return Window

All returns and exchanges must be received by our returns department within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Please note: Due to strict policies from our manufacturers, we are unable to issue return authorization numbers for items returned after the 30-day period. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to return items within the designated timeframe.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. While this process is generally completed in less than a week, please allow up to 10 business days for the full processing. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.


Returns for Worn or Altered Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or altered in any way. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.


Exchanges for a Different Size or Style

Exchanges are treated as new orders. Therefore, we will process and ship the replacement item immediately. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase. Please note that we do not wait for the return to be received before shipping the new item.


Returns of Package Deals

If you ordered a package deal and wish to keep some items while returning others, you may do so. However, please note that because the items were part of a discounted package, we will adjust the pricing of the items you are keeping to reflect their individual prices. A refund for the price difference will be issued accordingly.
